Robert J. “Bob” Wiegand , age 70 of Collingdale, passed away on December 16, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Survivors: Beloved husband and best friend of Linda Wiegand, loving father of Bobby (Jen) Wiegand, Steven (Kristie) Wiegand, Theresa (Ben) Tyson, and Katie (Jamie) Sabatini, treasured grandfather of Josh, Olivia, Deborah, Luke, Lilah, and Tilly, dear brother in law of Mercedes and the late John Hallamyer, Regina (Bill) Kelly, Al Dyer, and Joan Wiegand, fishing buddy and cousin of Bill (Mary) Weigand, as well as many nieces and nephews who he cared for deeply. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at 6-8pm on Thursday and 10-11am on Friday at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden PA 19036. Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Friday at the funeral home. Burial: SS Peter and Paul, Springfield PA Following Bob’s wishes to help children, donations may be made in his name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, stjude.org/donate
