Obituary of Heather L. Hammond

Heather L. Hammond age 56 a lifetime resident of Sharon Hill went to be with the Lord on April 4, 2015. Heather graduated from Sharon Hill High School, Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK., and Drexel University where she received her Masters Degree in Library Science. She retired from Day and Zimmerman Engineering where she worked as a Human Resource Manager. An avid reader, she enjoyed traveling, music and attending concerts at the Rose Tree Park. Heather was a longtime active member at St Johns Lutheran Church in Folcroft where she participated in many capacities. She is predeceased by her father George W. Hammond and her sister Holly Sue Hammond. Survivors: Beloved daughter of Hazel M. Hammond and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral Service: 10am, Saturday at St John's Lutheran Church, 1500 Glen Ave. Folcroft, PA. 19032. Viewing: 7-9PM Friday at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036 and 9-10AM at St. John's Church, in Folcroft. Burial: Monday, 1PM at Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, PA.
