Heather was one of the sweetest, gentlest people I've ever known, and also one of the most intelligent. She showed compassion and a genuine desire to help everyone. I always admired her good judgment and ability to stay calm in stressful situations. It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with her at Day & Zimmermann. You don't find many people in life like Heather. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family. God bless you all.
