Dear Stulpin Family,it is with great sadness that we send you our deepest condolences on "Doc's" sudden passing. My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Stulpins for years and we will miss him greatly - not only as our physician, but as our friend. It's been a priviledge to know him and watch his beautiful family grow over the years, through his family pictures in his office. There are so many instances of his kindness to us...but too little space. Just know, we will never forget him!

Dr.Stulpin (father Michael!)- a friend,a doctor, an adviser.. a gifted protodeacon in our St.Andrew's Cathedral.
He served at our wedding just 9 years ago and I'm so happy it was filmed on video and we have an ability to watch him alive.

I have been a patient of DR Stulpin for over a decade now. He was such a down to earth person that I can talk to as a friend. He would always ask about my family when I visited and the best place to eat in Chinatown. I will remember all the conversations we had about family and our children, he was so proud of his. There was an incident when an Asian lady came into his office and he thought it was my sister and he treated her, she stiff him. When he saw me on my next visit, he asked about her and in reply I told him I did not have a sister from San Francisco. So from that day on he would bring it up during my visits, "how is your sister". That was six years ago. Last time I saw DR Stulpin was in January, could not believe he is gone. I will really miss him

My mom Lois worked for Dr. Stulpin for as long as I can remember, so as a result he became my doctor, and what a lucky break it was for me. In my 32 years as a patient I can honestly say Dr. Stulpin was the only doctor I looked forward to seeing. He could put anyone at ease and make you feel like a friend, and his sense of humor was legendary, especially when I got old enough to hear the really good ones. I will miss him dearly.

I remember walking off the bus after a remarkable Williamsburg, VA trip that Anne and I had both chaperoned. Three days without seeing each other and Anne and Michael ran into each other's arms as if they had been apart for months. The embrace was touching and symbolic of a rare kind of love... not often seen these days. I can not imagine your grief and, although I am sure Michael is with God, I will pray for your family everyday.

Our condolences go out to Stulpin family. We were blessed to meet Mike this past October 2011 when we were helping out with the Flying Scot Championship. We were assigned to his boat and will never forget how much we laughed the entire weekend. It was raining and freezing all weekend and he was constantly keeping our spirits up by telling his famous jokes. He was an amazing man and will be be forever missed.
