Bill is fun to be with. We go back decades.
He was dedicated worker for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. We enjoyed touring wetlands, while watching the birds. After retirement one of his pleasures was volunteering to work at the Tinicum Wildlife Refuge museum.
