Pat Gaffney, age 82, of Glenolden passed away on February 16, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.
She is predeceased her husband Frank J. Gaffney, Sr.
Survivors: Loving mother of Frank (Maureen), Terry (Joe) DiFlorio, Michael (Donna), Joe (Joe Cooper) and Paul (Dawn), cherished grandmother of Carolyn, Michael Jr., Patrick, Erin and PJ, great grandmother of Declan, dear sister of Jim (Ann) Clancy, Judi Haines and John Clancy, and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service: 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2016 at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036
Visitation: 12 pm-1:30 pm at the funeral home
Burial: Private
