Obituary of Mildred C. Michener

Mildred C. Michener, “Millie”, age 95 of Folcroft, formerly of Chester, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2019. Millie worked in production for Reynold Springs. She was a cherished wife for more than 50 years and a loving mother who raised 7 children. She enjoyed baking, and made a delicious apple pie which she shared with many friends, family, and neighbors. She is predeceased by her husband Edwin David Michener, children Millie and Curtis Michener, and siblings Edwin and Vire Miller. Survivors: Loving mother of Edward (Emma), John, Richard, William, and Russell Michener and mother in law of John Cain, cherished grandmother of Becky, Diana, Johnny, Barbara, and Leland, and great grandmother to 3. A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Sunday, January 5, at Folcroft Union Church, 500 Primos Ave, Folcroft, PA 19032. Burial will be held at a later date.
