Anthony R. Marinaro age 80 passed away suddenly on June 9, 2011. Born in Philadelphia, he was a longtime resident of over 53 years of Norwood. He Retired in 1983 from BP Oil Company and formerly worked for Sinclair Oil Company. Anthony owned and operated A&A and ATL Trucking Companies. He was a member of St. Gabriel's Church and the Overbrook Italian American Club. He enjoyed watching western movies and traveling with his family. He was a true family man and will be missed dearly. Predeceased by his sister Josephine DiLemmo and brothers Michael, Albert and Louis Marinaro. Survivors: Beloved wife of 59 years of Patricia Marinaro Loving father of Roseann Bader, Rita Dougherty, Anthony Jr., David and Sean (Niki) Marinaro. Cherished grandfather of 11 and dear brother of Rose Rancitelli. Funeral Mass: Wed. at 11AM at St. Gabriel's Church, 233 Mohawk Ave. Norwood. PA 19074. Viewing: Tues. 7-9PM and Wed. 9:30-10:30AM at McCausland-Garrity Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036. Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
