Obituary of Delcy D. Valerio Rodriguez

Delcy D. Valerio, age 58 of Folcroft, passed away on August 4, 2019 surrounded by her family.

Delcy loved flowers, nature, music, and animals. She was a spiritual and hardworking woman, but most of all loved her family and spending time with them. She will be greatly missed.

She is predeceased by her father Jose Antonio Valerio, and brother Manuel Valerio.

Survivors: Loving wife of Jose F. Jimenez, Sr., beloved mother of Xiomara Allan, Luzqueydy Jimenez, Jose F. Jimenez, Jr., Jose J. Jimenez, and Delcy Jimenez, loving grandmother to 13, cherished daughter of Berta Rodriguez, dear sister of Octavio, Leaquina, Pedro, Romulo, Carmen, Nelsida, Mauro, and Neyda, as well as many nieces, nephews, godchildren, family, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Thursday, August 8, at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036.

Funeral service will be at 8pm on Thursday at the funeral home.

Services and Burial will also be held in the Dominican Republic.

Delcy D. Valerio a la edad de 58 en Folcroft, ha fallecido el dia Domingo 4 de Agosto 2019, rodeada por su familia.

A Delcy le encataban las flores, la naturaleza, la musica y los animales. Era una mujer spiritual y trabajadora, pero sobretodo amante a su familia y todo lo que implicaba compartir con ellos. Le hecharemos grandemente de menos.

Sus familiares previamente fallecidos son su padre Jose Antonio Valerio y hermano Manuel Valerio.

Ella es sobrevivida por su adorado esposo Jose F Jimenez Sr., sus hijos Xiomara Allan, Luzqueydy Jimenez, Jose F Jimenez Jr., Jose J Jimenez, y Delcy D Jimenez. Abuela de 13 nietos, Hija de Berta Rodriguez y Hermana querida de Octavio, Leaquina, Pedro, Romulo, Carmen, Nelsida, Mauro, y Neyda. Guardada en bella imagen por muchos sobrinos, ahijados familiares y amistades.

Su visitacion sera de 5p.m. a 8 p.m. el Jueves 8 de Agosto en la casa funebre McCausland Garrity Marchesani ubicada en: 343S. Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA 19036.

Servicio Funebre sera a las 8 p.m. el mismo Jueves en el mismo local.

Por igual va a ser velada en su tierra Republica Dominicana cual sera su destino final y lugar de sepultura.
