I’m so sorry. Maureen was such a wonderful and beautiful human being. She earned every dollar she made when she was my babysitter and made my life more bearable at a very difficult time in my youth. I was elated to connect with her on Facebook many years ago. I can still hear her laugh, her kind words and see her smile. She was very special to me and made me appreciate all that people have to offer. Much love to her family. She is sorely missed.

I remember Maureen as loving and caring. Everyone she touched in her life felt this inside and much more. As kids we used to have sleepovers at her house. She lived across from where Aldi's is now. She was very understanding and help me through a lot of problems I had in my life then. I remember driving around on Senior Skip Day with Robin Irving, Sue Miles, Liz (Betty Lou)Valentino, myself and Maureen. We drove around together talking together and having fun. The last time I seen and talked to Maureen was when she worked in the Nursing Rehabilitation Center behind Fitz. My dad was put there after he had an infection in his legs for rehabilitation. This was the first time I've seen her since we graduated we had a lot to talk about. She purposely took my dad to take care of because she knew him. Every time I went there I saw her with a big smile on her face and a warm welcome. She always has something nice to say about my dad being a sweetheart and funny. My dad died July 16th 2018 and remembering Maureen now brings back those memories of her kindness and loving heart and always the beautiful smile. RIP Maureen...... you are truly loved and missed and will stay in my heart forever. To the family members you felt her warm heart to you all. From reading her posts all the time you all were the center of her life. My condolences and prayers are for you all.
Give my dad a hug for me and cake care of him till I see you both again.

Maureen was my best friend’s mother, my mother’s best friend, and my aunt. She was always there while growing up! Allowed me to spend nights there, stayed up with me and would wait for my parents to pick me up on nights I became scared to sleep over, and was a large part of my life growing up. You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. I know you are in a better place with no more pain and watching over your husband, children, and grand baby. I love you Aunt Mareen and I miss you dearly. Until we meet again.
Love,
Lauren
