Carol Ann McGeehan

Carol A. McGeehan age 58 of Essington passed away peacefully on August 15, 2018.

A 1977 graduate of Interboro High School, Carol worked for over 20 years as a dental assistant for Endodontic Assoc. in Springfield. She previously worked for John Hancock and taught at the dental School in Wayne.

A devoted volunteer, Carol taught CCD at St. Margaret Mary's and served on the Board of Directors for the Tinicum Twp Swim Club. She was a member of the Patriotic Organizations of Tinicum Twp and the Health Organization and many other organizations.

She enjoyed nature, music, the beach and spending time with her family.

She is predeceased by her parents Leon and Elizabeth Sikora and her sister Barbara Sikora.

Survivors: Beloved wife of Daniel McGeehan, loving mother of Gabrielle (Dillon) Hayner, Melissa McGeehan and Leon McGeehan, cherished grandmother "Mimi" of Landon Hayner, dear sister of Donna (Eugene)Schrader, Susie(Brian) Schnell and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.

Memorial Service: 10am Friday, August 24, 2018 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA 19022

Visitation: 8:45-9:45am at the church

Inurnment: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery
