Survivors: Husband of Maureen Kelly Johansen, father of Shannon M. Johansen, grandfather of Ariel E. Tyson, brother of James (Pat) Johansen and Nancy (Joe) Tricome, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 1 great niece and 3 great nephews.
