1925-2018 Angelina "Ann" Juliano McNitt, 92 Beloved wife, mother, sister, Nana, Aunt, and friend Raised in South Philadelphia, Angelina J. McNitt "Ann", age 92, a longtime resident of the Briarcliff section of Upper Darby, went peacefully home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2018. She is predeceased by her husband T. Elliott McNitt, daughter Barbara Ann McNitt, brothers Anthony Juliano, Edward Juliano and Michael Juliano. An original parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima parish in Secane, Ann was known as a Lady and for her humility, kindness, politeness, and her smile. She never had a bad word to say about anyone or anything. She was the "nurse" to her daughter, husband, neighbors, and younger brother and loved by all who knew her. More than anything, Ann treasured time with her family and friends. In her younger years, Ann was a stellar student and enjoyed needlework, card games and dances. In her career, she was an ace at numbers and did the price changes for the A & P and during WW II worked for Lend-Lease to Britain. She was the family bookkeeper and worked with her late husband in his contract programming business. At Christmas time, she would bake dozens of cookies and is fondly remembered for her treasure balls. Survivors: Loving and devoted daughters Barbara Lynn (Rev. Carl) Filer and Diane (Joseph Foley Jr.) McNitt, cherished grandchildren Allison McMillan and Brian Foley and dear twin sister Marie Juliano Hoffman A beautiful tribute to Ann's life was held Saturday, February 17th at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Secane and Drexelbrook In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society,1626 Locust St. Philadelphia, PA. 19036 On line condolence: www.mcgfh.com
