Obituary of John E. Henry

John Edward Henry Jr. age 81 of Glenolden passed away on December 26, 2016 at Prospect Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Philadelphia, formerly of Upper Darby John recently resided in Glenolden. John retired in 2005 after working 25 years in the maintenance department at the MacDade Mall. He enjoyed walking and eating at the Gateway Diner. He was an avid wrestling and Phillies fan and enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Sports teams. He is predeceased by his parents John and Anna Henry, sister Edna Joan Cook and niece Judy A. Smith. Survivors: Loving uncle of Dottie Cook and dear friend of Gwen Skalish. Memorial Service: 2pm Friday at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036. Visitation: 1-2pm at the funeral home and Friday.
