To the Cardano family:
I was deeply saddened to learn of Charlie's passing. He helped me find my way through many closings when I was a young real estate lawyer, and when my wife and I bought our home Charlie helped us with that too. Although I had not seen him in recent years, I remember him well. My condolences to his family.
