Peter and family,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom. She was Sue to me growing up and always very sweet, loving to all of us on the block. There was never a day, as a child, that I don't remember her being around. Spanikopita is my favorite because of her, and whenever I eat it, I fondly think of our childhood together. God Bless you, Sue. You were loved, and your memory lives with me!
