He is predeceased by his wife Maryann Carlberg and his son Axel W. Carlberg.
Survivors: Loving father of Linda Gallo, Maryann Scavitto, David, William, Rosemarie Himes, Steven and Joseph, grandfather of 15, great grandfather of 7, Brother of Rita Dupree.
