Obituary of Brian J. Dougherty

Brian J. Dougherty, age 71, of Glenolden passed away on September 30, 2015 surrounded by his family. Brian was a graduate of St. James High School and Villanova University. He retired in 2010 from the Philadelphia Inquirer as a district manager.
He is predeceased by his parents Vincent and Monica Dougherty and his sister Barbara Walsh. He was the beloved husband of Carole L. (nee Dennis) Dougherty, loving father of Christopher (Joanne) Dougherty and Jason (Laura) Dougherty, cherished Pop of Madeleine, Isabel, Morgan and Hannah, dear brother of Jack (Roxanne) Dougherty, Bill (Margaret) Dougherty and Tracy (Rich) Baker.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 9:30-a.m. to 11:00 a.m., St Eugene's Church, 200 S. Oak Ave. Primos, PA. 19018. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. and inurnment at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
In lieu of flowers Mass Cards would be appreciated.
