I worked with Elsie during her employment at BIOSIS. She came to work there following her brother, Abe Medina. We remained friends after BIOSIS closed and would meet in Center City Philadelphia.
I would like to offer my heartfelt condolences to her family. I will missed her positive, calm and lovely personality. She added a beautiful light to anyone who was fortunate enough to know her.
May she rest in peace.
