Obituary of Joan R. Bunting

Joan R. Bunting (nee Garrity) age 80 of Secane passed away peacefully on July 25, 2015 surrounded by her family. Joan was born in Philadelphia; she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ella Garrity. She graduated from John Hallahan High School Class of 1952. Joan retired from Conrail in 1999 where she worked as a rate clerk. Joan will be remembered for her generosity and loving spirit, she enjoyed being with her family, vacationing in Sea Isle City and relished her walks on the beach with her grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Frank Bunting, brothers Joseph and John Garrity and sister in law Margaret Garrity. Survivors: Loving mother of Ellen(James) Daley, Marie (James) Purdy, Jean (Richard) Doucette, Joan (James) Doyle, Frank (Michelle) Bunting, Henry (Beth) Bunting, MariAnne (Sean) Clancy and Barbara (Tim) Elmore, cherished grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 13, dear sister of Helen, Bill (Diane) and Peggy Garrity, sister in law of Marian and Barbara Garrity and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass: 10am, Wed. at St Eugene Church, 200 Oak Ave. Primos, PA. 19018. Viewing: Tues., 6-9PM at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S.
