Obituary of Edward E. Vogel

Edward E. Vogel age 80 of Ocean View, DE formerly of Delaware County, PA. passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday March 24, 2015 at his home. Born in Collingdale, PA. on January 21, 1935. Edward proudly served his country serving in the United States Army. Ed retired in 1986 from Gulf Oil Refinery in Philadelphia, PA. and then moved to Ocean View, DE. He was a social member of the Mason Dixon VFW Post 7234 in Ocean View, DE. He also enjoyed fishing and working in his garden. He is predeceased by his parents Herman and Pearl (Goodwin) Vogel, brother Herman Vogel Jr. and a sister Pearl Hammond. Survivors: Beloved husband of 56 years of Barbara E. (nee Clifton)Vogel, loving father of Edward E.(Cynthia)Vogel Jr., Dianna (Paul) Juliano, and Bruce (Debbie) Vogel, dear brother of Ruth McClelland, cherished grandfather Heather, Paul Jr., Edward III, Jessica, Jake, Gabrielle, Ashley and Brianna and great grandfather of 6.
