Nancy J. Hamm 82 of Crum Lynne formerly of Sharon Hill passed away on Sept. 26, 2014 at home surrounded by loved ones.
Predeceased by her husband of 34 years Johnson Hamm
Survivors: Daughter Nicole Hamm, grandchildren Shaneia, Shamir, Shahaid, Shalyssa and Sabreena, great grandmother of Jaia, Endi, Tristan, Kwame and Shahaid Jr. 5 sister in laws , brothers Richard and Robert and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service: Sat, at 11am at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036
Visitation: Sat. 10:30-11am at the funeral home
