Obituary of Gerald E. Patterson

Gerald E. Patterson "Jerry" age 71 of Folcroft passed away on July 5, 2010 at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Luke and Dolores Patterson. He graduated from St. James High School and St Joseph University majoring in Political Science and Accounting. Mr. Patterson was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean Conflict. He retired in 2002 as a caseworker for the Department of Public Welfare, where he worked for over 20 years. He was a devoted member of The Living Church of God since 1970. He enjoyed reading and watching old movies. Beloved husband of Jean Patterson Loving father of Michael (Deborah) Patterson, Christopher (Ann Marie) Patterson and Laura (Jerome) Wendt. Cherished grandfather of 8. Loving brother of Joan (Dick) Seeley, Betty (Sam) Hood and Rosemary Miller.
