Obituary of Marion Pyle

Marion Pyle (nee DeMattia) age 82 of South Phila., passed away on August 30, 2014. A devoted homemaker, Marion worked as a receptionist at the Bellevue Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia. In her later years she enjoyed retirement down the shore at the Villas in New Jersey. She enjoyed the beach, art especially painting, dancing, camping and walking her dogs. She is predeceased by her husband Edward Pyle Sr. and her parents Raymond and Sophie (nee Yorio) DeMattia. Survivors: Loving mother of Marion Foster, Edward Pyle Jr., John Pyle, James Pyle, Daniel Pyle, Diane Pyle and Frank Pyle and their spouses. Cherished grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 13. Dear sister of Frank DeMattia and Louis DeMattia. Services and Burial: are private Contribution in Marion's name to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
