Obituary of Darlene A. Philiposian

Darlene A. Philiposian (nee Brown) age 70 went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family and friends on August 22, 2014. Born in Philadelphia in 1944 she was the daughter of the late Foy and Rita Brown. She was a 1962 graduate of St. Hubert's High School. Darlene was a devoted and loving homemaker; she loved spending times with her family. She enjoyed her family trips to Brigantine Beach and Lancaster. She also enjoyed her friends at Friendship Circle and became the champion rummy cube player. Darlene was a dedicated member of First Baptist Church of Collingdale for over 34 years, where she spent many hours volunteering with the children's programs and writing short stories for the church newsletter. Survivors: Beloved wife of 50 years of Elias J. Philiposian. Loving mother of Joyce (Robert) Craig, Reverend Nicholas (Charlene) Philiposian, Dominic Philiposian and Anita Philiposian. Cherished Mom mom of 5. Memorial Service: Wed. at 11am at First Baptist Church of Collingdale, 814 Andrews Ave. Collingdale, PA. 19023.
