Obituary of Joseph R. Whitlock

Joseph R. Whitlock 63 of Darby passed away peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Joe was a 1968 graduate of St. Thomas More High School. He enjoyed watching college basketball and football. Joe previously worked at DiRenzo Montessori School in Collingdale. Predeceased by his parents Theodore and Elizabeth (nee Claffey) Whitlock, his fraternal twin brother Theodore "Teddy" Whitlock and brother in laws, Victor Quintiliana and Charles Law. Survivors: Father of Joseph and Michael, grandfather of 3. Brother of Elizabeth (Rene) Macrone, Regina Quintiliana, Bernadette Law, Margaret (William) Law. Longtime companion of Stephanie White and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service: Tues.11:30am at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036. Visitation: 11:00-11:30am at the funeral home. Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
