Obituary of Daisy H. Thompson

Daisy H. Thompson age 88 of Collingdale passed away on January 3, 2014. Daisy was a lifetime resident of Collingdale. She retired from Harris Elementary School where she was a custodian and previously worked for many years as a crossing guard for the Borough of Collingdale. She was a longtime member of Glenolden Congregational Church. Wife of the late Levis Thompson and mother of the late Linda Hewlings. Longtime companion of the late Harold "Spitz" Henderson. Survivors: Daisy was the mother of Hunter Thompson and is also survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and caregiver John Hewlings.
