Obituary of Annamae E. Sharpe

Annamae E. Sharpe (nee Morris) age 84 of Glenolden was taken into Christ's loving arms on Dec. 12, 2013 with her husband and children at her side. Annamae was a devout catholic and a member of St. George Parish in Glenolden for 55 years. She loved reading, animals and thrift shop finds. She was active in helping the poor throughout her life. Annamae was predeceased by her son Stephen Sharpe, grandson Edward Matthews, great- great granddaughter Rebecca Rajala, sister Patricia Wagonseller, and parents, Mae and John Morris. We believe she is in joyous reunion with them now. Survivors: Beloved husband of almost 67 years, Robert G. Sharpe and ten children : Maureen (Bob)Wudarzewski, Rosemary (Lowell) Gibbs, Patricia Sharpe, Margaret (Mike) Glacken, Bob (Sally) Sharpe, Kathleen Sharpe, Kevin Sharpe, Michael Sharpe, Diane (Catherine) Hastings-Sharpe and David (Mary) Sharpe. She was a cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Kristen, Robert Jr., Joe, Maggie, Elizabeth, Charles, Matthew, Raymond, Julie, Jenna, Maya, Michael Jr., Corey, Joanna, Danielle and Shannon. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter . Funeral Mass: Mon., 10:45AM at St. Francis Country House, 1412 Lansdowne Ave. Darby, PA. 19026. Viewing: Mon., 9:00-1030AM at St Francis Country House. Burial: Private at St. Peter and Paul in Broomall. Contributions: to Delaware County SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Rd.
