I ran in to Deb what seems like a few months ago (?6) in Pathmark we exchanged updates on our kids and she was so proud of Chrissy and Ray! She was supportive of Chrissy's Girl Scout troop that I was leader of including sending an awesome tomato gravy recipe for a recipe book the Brownies were making that I still use! I was working nights Tuesday and so was unable attend services, but I am sending my heartfelt condolences to Deb's family and friends. I have added her name to the prayer list of my meditation group.
Debbie and I became friends at Padua Academy. Debbie always had a great sense of humor, was fun loving and greatly valued her friendships with others. During difficult times, she never gave up. Debbie made it her life practice to consider the glass to be half full. Debbie was loved immensely by her friends and family and will truely never be forgotten.
I was Debby's Italian teacher at Padua Academy. The year was 1976-77, it was my first year teaching and she was a senior in my Italian 1 class. I have always remembered fondly that class and Debbie in particular. My heartfelt condolences to all of you.
I only met my friends Theresas sister once at Gia's birthday party. She was very nice to me and had a wonderful family.
I cannot even imagine the pain you are all feeling. I am truly sorry for you loss and will keep you in my constant prayers.
Family and friends are coming together online to create a special keepsake. Every memory left on the online obituary will be automatically included in this book.
