Obituary of Elvira F. DeArmond

Elvira (Vera) DeArmond (nee Fedele) age 93 of Sharon Hill passed away on July 24, 2013 at Villa St. Martha in Downingtown, PA. Vera was a graduate of Collingdale High School Class of 1938. She retired in 1985 from the Philadelphia Electric Company where she was an Executive Secretary for many years. Vera was active with several Women's Clubs in Sharon Hill and the Collingdale High School Alumni Assoc. She was a devoted parishioner of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking and crocheting. Predeceased by her husband Louis DeArmond, her sister Carmela Basil and brother Alexander Fedele. Vera is survived by her large, loving family and was cared for by her nieces Pamela Wright and Cathie Ramos and nephew Frank Basil.
