Obituary of Edith V Myers

Edith V. Myers (nee Sparks) age 88 a longtime resident of Glenolden passed away on April 14, 2013. Predeceased by her husband Earl H. Myers, sister Evangeline Tyler, brothers Clifford and Robert Sparks. Edith was a graduate of Glen-Nor High School. She was a devoted homemaker and previously worked at the Evening Bulletin. She was a longtime dedicated member of First Presbyterian Church of Glenolden and the Glenolden Swim Club. Survivors: Loving children David (Tammy) Myers and Lynne Williams. Cherished grandchildren Bryan and Lauren Williams, Ashley, Laura and Steven Myers. Funeral Service: Friday, 1030am at McCausland Garrity Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036. Viewing: Thurs. 7-9pm and Friday 9:30-10:30am both are held at the funeral home. Burial: Glenwood Memorial Gardens, Broomall, PA.
