Obituary of Myrtle O. Wilmot

Myrtle Ottey Wilmot age 90 a longtime resident of Aldan passed away on January 31, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Myrtle graduated Bartram High School and attended Philadelphia Bible School.
She was a longtime member of Grace Reformed Episcopal Church, having taught Vacation Bible School and Sunday School and was a member and leader of the Women's Circle. Myrtle was also a bookkeeper for the Phila/NY Synod of R.E. Denomination.
She loved the Lord and studying his word. She was hospitable and loved to entertain.
She, along with her husband Jack, volunteered for the Aldan Town Watch and Meals on Wheels.
Predeceased by her husband of 62 years William John Wilmot, her daughter Barbara Wilmot Allatt, her brother Wilford Leroy Ottey and her sister Edith P. Klein.
Survivors: Loving mother of John Wilmot of Austin, TX, Nancy (James) Makowski of Mechanicsburg, PA. and Patricia (Drew) Alexander of Aldan, PA.
Grandmother of 11 and Great Grandmother of 9.
Funeral Service: Sat. Feb 9, at 10:30AM at McCausland Garrity Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036.
Visitation: 9:45-10:30AM at the funeral home
Burial: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
