Beryle Schmeld Matheny 88 passed peacefully away Wednesday December 12, 2012 at Fair Acres, Lima, PA where she was a resident since 2004. Born in Frankford section of Philadelphia, and residing in Southwest Philadelphia till 1994 before moving to Folcroft, PA. She is pre-deceased by her 3 siblings: Ruth Schmeld Lenzi, Frederick Schmeld and Eleanor Thompson, and her grandson Shawn James Matheny.
Survivors: 3 children, Judy (Stan) Matheny Billie, James (Sue) Matheny and Mark (Donna) Matheny; her 9 grandchildren: Susan Billie Ropski, Stan Billie, Michele Matheny, James Billie, Joseph Billie, Mandi Matheny Barbosa, Mark Matheny, Cara Matheny Caulder, and Brendan Matheny, and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: Monday, 11AM at St George Church, Lamont Ave. Glenolden, PA. 19036
Viewing: 10-11AM in the church
Burial: will be held privately on Wednesday December 19, 2012.
Contributions: In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to the St. George's Youth Group, 22 E. Cooke Ave. Glenolden, PA. 19036.
