Daniel J.V. Nelson age 61 a longtime resident of Glenolden went to be with the Lord on October 8, 2012.
He enjoyed being out on the open road and loved being a father.
Dan was a born again Christian, he loved to recite the verse Romans 8:28, And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, ..
Predeceased by his parents William and Edith Nelson, brother Bill and sister Helen deCordre`.
Survivors: Loving Son, Danny Nelson-Webber, Dear Sister Nancy McElwee and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service: Saturday, 10AM at McCausland Garrity Funeral Home, 202 S. Chester Pike, Glenolden, PA. 19036.
Visitation: Saturday, 9-10AM at the funeral home
Burial: Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill.
