It is Saturday August 31, 2024. A friend just told me of Mary’s passing. I as I was growing up and old enough to play girls hockey at SHHS, Mary was one of the “big girls” that we in the lower grades looked up to and held in high esteem. Mary’s kindness and fantastic sense of humor set her apart. Mary met every challenge with determination and “can do” attitude. She was my hero. I spoke with her Sept 2023. We had a beautiful chat. Mary, may you be at eternal Peace surrounded by Light and Love.
