Lois E. Little, age 66, of Collingdale passed away on July 16, 2024. She graduated Collingdale High School Class of 1977 and University of Phoenix where she received her bachelor's degree of Psychology in 2009. She formerly worked for Dr. Crane's office in Collingdale as a billing clerk, the Folsom Loving Care Children's Learning Center as a teacher, and Collingdale Nazarene Christian School as both a teacher and principal. It was her dream to start a Christian School in Collingdale, and she was proud to have brought that dream to fruition. Lois was a dedicated member of the Collingdale Church of the Nazarene for over 30 years where she served both Children's and Compassionate Ministries in numerous roles: teaching Sunday School, leading Children's church, organizing Bible Quizzing, assisting the food pantry, directing Vacation Bible School and Summer Camp programs, and serving as Children's Pastor. Her love and compassion were evident in all she did. Her desire to share Christ's love with children lead her to volunteer with Child Evangelism Fellowship. In recent years, she was a member of New Destiny Christian Center where she continued to answer her life's calling by helping to enhance the Kids Harbor Ministry with her knowledge and expertise. Lois was faithful to the end, showing up and serving in love even while battling health issues.
