Sabrina R. Bankston November 16, 1968 – May 1, 2024 Sabrina Renay Bankston, age 55, passed away comfortably and peacefully in her sleep on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 1st, 2024. Sabrina was born in Augusta, Georgia on November 16th, 1968, to Reba L. Bankston and Bennie Ball. After graduating William Penn High school and being a new mother, she pursued higher education, eventually graduating with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Hahnemann (Drexel) University. She would go on to work in various positions in the mental health field, from counselor to social worker, eventually settling and retiring as a social worker from C.B.H. Philadelphia. Sabrina had a passion for helping others, consistently donating to charities and food drives throughout her life, hoping to pass on a little goodness in the world. This compassion never left her, even in times of her own suffering and was felt by those whose lives she touched. She was adventurous with a diverse pallet for food, enjoyed fantasy, mystery, laughter and love. Her family took priority in her life, and she loved being around them, caring for, feeding and spoiling us all. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bennie Ball and Reba Bankston. She is survived by her husband, Brian Eppright. Her children Aaron Villafane (Sophia), Andre Villafane, Tiffany Villafane and Amber Bongiorno. Her brother Muhammed Ball and baby sister Davina Ball-Bryant (Steven). Her grandchildren, Emalina Villafane, Aaron Villafane Jr., Jocelyn Villafane, Aaron Villafane III, Autumn Gaddie, Simon Gaddie, and Benjamin Bongiorno. Her nephew Brad Wimberley, niece Jordan Renay Bryant, and great-nephew Amari Wimberley. In keeping with her wishes, a final visitation for immediate family will be held on Thursday May 9th, her celebration of life memorial party will be held during her favorite season of summer on Saturday, June 29th. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association at www.mda.org.
