Obituary of Madeline R Pfaff

Madeline R. Pfaff "Bonnie" age 95 a longtime resident of Glenolden passed away at home on December 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Bonnie was a devoted wife, loving mother of 9, affectionate mom mom to 27 grandkids and 30 great-grandkids (and still counting!). She was a great cook, fabulous baker and crafty knitter. She loved bowling, spending time down the shore, hanging out with friends and last but not least gummy bears. She was eager to tell a joke as much as she was excited to hear one. She had very strong faith in the Lord and her religion. It really showed with her dedication to her parish of St. George along with her morning prayer routine. Her prayer list was longer than Santa's list and she prayed for each and every one on it. Above all she loved and cherished her time with family and friends. She had a warmth about her and everyone who met her loved her, as she loved them. She is predeceased by her husband Harold Pfaff, daughter Madeline MacIntosh, grandson Jon Von Pfaff, siblings Catherine, Ruth, Anne and Bill and her parents William and Anna Winterle Survivors: Loving mother of Hal (Cathie), Anne (Joe) Cicala, Ken(Joann), Jack (Joanne), Ed(Eileen), Joe(Julie), Fran(Michele), Ruth(Jim) Dunleavy, son in law Bill MacIntosh, cherished Mom-mom by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral Mass: Friday, December 22, 2023 at 10:30am at St. George Church, Lamont Ave Glenolden, PA. 19036. Viewing: Thursday, December 21, 2023, 6-8:30pm at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S. Chester Pike Glenolden, PA. 19036 and Friday 9:15-10:15am at the church.
