Obituary of Christine H Kunkle

Christine H. Kunkle "Chris" age 73 of Yeadon passed away on November 30, 2022 at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in Darby, PA. . Born in Philadelphia, Chris was a graduate of West Catholic High School. She received her Nursing Diploma from Misericordia Hospital in 1970 where she started her career. She previously worked as a senior nursing administrator at a dialysis company and most recently worked as a nurse at Fitzgerald Mercy Hospital in the Emergency Room Department till her retirement in 2021. Chris was a member of the Yeadon Fire Company's Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed all Philadelphia Sports Teams especially the Phillies and the Flyers, the Beatles, spending time at shore with her family and friends and most of all spending time with her grandson Liam who affectionately called her "Anna" She is predeceased by her parents William and Catherine Huhn and her daughter Kristen Thomas. Survivors: Loving mother of Lyle (Jessica) Kunkle, adoring Anna of Liam Kunkle and many beloved coworkers and friends. Memorial Service: 10am Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at McCausland Garrity Marchesani Funeral Home, 343 S.
