Obituary of Ruth Rivard Todd

Ruth R. Todd, nee Hoopes, age 99 of Media, passed away on December 20, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Ruth worked at Atlantic Refinery (BP) for over 20 years before her retirement in 1977 and was a life-long member of Aldan Union Church.

She is predeceased by her husband Herman Todd, parents William and Clara Hoopes, 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

Survivors: Loving mother of William (Phyllis) Todd and John (Carol) Todd, beloved grandmother of Trisha Todd, Gregory (Melina) Todd, Traci (Jason) Wilds, Gary James (Sarah) Todd, Tara (Adams) Summers, Sarah, and Seth Todd, as well as 12 great grandchildren, dear sister of Mary Hoopes Bunker and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 11:30am, Monday, December 27, 2021 at McCausland Garrity Marchesani, 343 S Chester Pike Glenolden, PA 19036

Viewing: 10:30-11:30am on Monday at the funeral home

Burial: Edgewood Memorial Garden, Glen Mills, PA
