Obituary of Pasquale V. Pesiri

Pasquale V. Pesiri " Pat" age 52 of Collingdale formerly of Philadelphia, on Feb 18, 2010 at Jefferson University Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, he reside in Collingdale for 27 years. Mr. Pesiri coached peewee football and basketball for Collingdale A.C. and an avid Philadelphia sports fan, he enjoyed watching all sports on TV. He was the ultimate entertainer and life of the party. He worked in the shipping and receiving department for 33 years at M. Buono Beef Company. Husband of Marie T. Pesiri (Nee Master) Father of Kelly (Tony) Cantando, Lisa Pesiri, Pasquale Pesiri, Michael (Casey) Pesiri. Son of Vincent and Dolores Pesiri. Brother of Vincent (Patti) Pesiri, Margaret (Robert) D'Antonio. Son in law of George and Kathryn Master. Grandfather of 3 Also survived by many nieces nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Mon. Feb 22, at 11AM at St. Joseph Church, 500 Woodlawn Ave. Collingdale, PA. 19023. Viewing Sun., 6-9PM and Mon., 9-10:45AM at the church. Burial: SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to The Pesiri Family Memorial Fund.
