Obituary of Joseph P Doran

Joseph P. Doran age 96 of Glen Mills formerly of Folcroft passed away peacefully on July 2, 2021 surrounded by his family. A U.S. Navy veteran, Joseph served during WWII and Korean War. He was formerly a dedicated Eucharist Minister for St George Church and the University of Penn Hospital. Joseph retired after 40 years from the Philadelphia Navy Yard. One of Joseph's talents was his ability to fix anything. His specialty was the restoration of sacred statues, to the benefit of many in his parish community. Survivors: Beloved husband of 68 years of Mary Doran, loving father of Joanne Leonard, Kathleen (Anthony) Euganeo, Maureen (Eric) Sissons, Patricia (Colin) McDonough and Eileen (Austin) Nester, cherished grandfather Christie, Jen, Carrie, Mary Kate, Bethany, AJ, Katie, Janine, Kara, Michael, James, Austin, Aidan, and great grandfather of 13.
