Over the past ten years, I've had the pleasure of working closely with Johnny designing custom jewelry in a manufacturing shop on Jeweler's Row. He was a shining light in the shop and office. A positive presence who always had everyone smiling and laughing. Johnny could always turn a bad day at work into a good one. He was our "class clown" and everyone loved him dearly. Even when he wasn't cracking jokes, he was always helping out, communicating, and being a great team player who was supportive to his co workers. It meant the world to him for each piece of jewelry to be finished to perfection. He cared deeply about the work and everyone could tell. Not only was Johnny kind, funny, and smart, he was an extremely talented jeweler/polisher. His skill and talent was truly beyond compare. He taught me so much about the jewelry industry and I will carry that with me always. His passing has shocked us all and I, personally, am devastated. Even though we were only co-workers, I am filled with extreme sadness and have lost a very important and influential friend in my life. Johnny was a wonderful person and I am happy to have known him. Rest in peace, Easy Rider. ;)
