Obituary of Mervat Azar Tomassian

Mervat Azar Tomassian "Merv" "Mervie" age 40 of Glenolden, formerly of Jordan, passed away on September 3, 2011 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Merv was a devoted homemaker and caretaker to her family. She enjoyed gardening, cooking her homemade recipes for family and friends, watching TV, shopping and making crafts especially jewelry. She had a great sense for fashion and never said no to anyone that needed her kind heart. She loved her family and traveling to Jordan to see them and using skpe to communicate. She showed great determination during her illness and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors: Beloved wife of Haig Tomassian, Adoring mother of Aroxy and Deanna Tomassian. Cherished Daughter of Nayef and Alice Azar. Loving sister of Majda (Amer), Rafat (Lina), Yousef, Suzan and Suhair (Aziz) who helped to care for her.
