Obituary of William John Wilmot

William J. Wilmot "Jack" age 88 passed away on Aug. 21, 2011. Born in Coleraine Ireland, he was a longtime resident of Aldan. He retired in 1988 from Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). Jack was a longtime member of Grace Reformed Episcopal Church where he served in many capacities including Sunday School Teacher, Vestry and Choir member. He was a member of the Aldan Town Watch, Meals on Wheels and Red Cross Blood Service. He liked gardening, singing, traveling to the beach and bird watching. He was a very generous man. Predeceased by his daughter Barbara Allatt, grandson Jimmy Makowski and sisters Anna Wilmot and Elizabeth Upson. Survivors: Beloved husband of 62 years of Myrtle Ottey Wilmot Loving Father John Wilmot, Nancy (James) Makowski and Patricia (Drew) Alexander. Grandfather of 11 and Great Grandfather of 7.
