Obituary of John F. Sharkey

John F. Sharkey "Jack" age 82 of SW Philadelphia passed away on December 22, 2020 surrounded by his family.

A graduate of Southeast Catholic High School, Jack retired from L 3 Communications where he worked as a time keeper.

He was an avid photographer; he enjoyed sports and was a former coach for Softball and Volleyball teams in Southwest.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Sandra Sharkey and his siblings Rosemary Sharkey, William Sharkey Jr. and Joseph Sharkey.

He is survived by his loving children David (Lisa) Sharkey, Deborah (Michael) Kane and Leigh Sharkey, cherished grandchildren Lauren, Brittany, Amber and Devin and great grandchildren Mia Rose, Cameron and Carson.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, Dec 30, 2020 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Peace Church, 501 Belmont Ave. Milmont Park PA 19033 and will be broadcast through ZOOM.
