Ms. Rita, shoot sorry Rita, I heard you fuss at me for calling you Ms. I cherish having known you for so many years, you calling me another grandson as I was such close friends with Matt and the family made me feel loved. I don't have as many memories as Matt and family but the few that I do I will keep close and continue to remember you. Rest well and keep that fiesty side going. I will miss you.

Dear patty and family. I was very saddened to hear of your mom's passing. She was the last of the original neighbors. I always thought that we were blessed to have grown up in the neighborhood where we always had more than just our own mom watching out for us. Take comfort knowing that you to exceptional care of her till the end and she was blessed to have you. She had a lot of people waiting for her and I'm sure the welcome party is going strong. RIP Mrs Green you are home.

Rita, I'll always remember you fondly. Our dinners out with Paul, Mother's Day excursions with Barbara and Susan etc. You were actually somewhat of a miracle worker, as you were the only person who could lure my mom out to an occasional Easter dinner or Mother's Day brunch! I'll remember you as being one of the best and well-spoken conversationalists I've known. It was a pleasure to have known ye!

Grandmom,
You were a strong female role model throughout my life. I love how you always spoke your mind, and I will always hear your laugh in my memories. Although we never lived close to one another, and our lives have always been on separate paths, you always reached out, encouraged me, and included me. You never let a birthday or special occasion slip by unnoticed. My girls, Caroline and Ellie, have grown to love you for your encouraging, accepting, and adoring ways. Isaac and I were just talking recently about how we admire how you were so strong and independent. We are all so lucky to have had you for so long here in this Earthly life. We love you Grandmom.

I feel privileged to have known Rita. She was bursting with personality and wasn't shy about telling you what she thought, but she never had a negative word to say to me. We had good times celebrating her birthdays, whether at home or running around town. She will truly be missed.

Hi Patti. I am so sorry you have lost your mother. We have known each other since 7th grade. Your Mom made even her white uniform look pulled together and fashionable! I have many memories of your family including our weekends in Wildwood! Your Dad would drive us down, we would get dressed and hit the boards! Your parents were always so kind to have me along. I remember times when we would sit and talk in your house and your Mom would come home from work and join us. Just sweet memories of times so long ago! I know your Mom has found peace and no pain. May she rest in eternal peace with Bruce and Paul her parents and dogs. Love you Patti. Keep in touch.

Dear Mom, I will miss you so much. I cannot believe you are gone from sight. I expect to walk out my back door and into yours like I have done for so long now. I will miss the way we could talk for hours, and never run out of things to say! I will always remember you and the things you loved and held dear. You were a
wife, mother, daughter, niece, and still managed to hold down two jobs. You were truly a woman before your time. You took the good with the bad and survived it all. You were made resilient and got through some of the toughest times, like the death of two son's, unimaginable. You were strong, and that I admired about you and yes in the words of Helen Reddy "I am strong, I am invincible" you had to fight your way through the pain and the roadblocks put before the women of your generation and you Did it mostly alone. Commendable! I have learned to be strong from you and the strong Irish ancestors before you, they are also commendable
I love you. Hug Paul, Bruce, Pop, Granny, and Kitty for me at your first Christmas in heaven. I will think of you most often at the beach and every sunset that you loved so much. Your daughter, Patti ♥️

Until we see you again Gram
Go in peace
Go in kindness
Go in love
Go in faith
Leave the day
The day behind us
Day is done
Go in grace
Let us go
Into the dark
Not afraid
Not alone
Let us hope
By some good pleasure
Safely to
Arrive at home

Gram, I'll miss you more than anything. A friendly voice on the phone, a shoulder to cry on, reassurance no matter what was going on in my life. We may have been a generation apart, but our bond was strong. You were fiery, feisty, and opinionated and I loved every moment. I've attached one of my favorite photos of us, at your 91st birthday.
