Sending prayers and sympathy to Barbara and family. The Gannon’s were wonderful neighbors and people. May God bless and keep you in his care.

Ed and I were first cousins. He was four years older than me and five years younger than my older brother. My family and siblings were very saddened to hear of Ed’s passing. He is now with his parents and younger brother Gerry. Ed’s probably assembling the Lord’s trains...I was once told, “when the Gannon’s, the Thorpe’s and, the Sweeney’s, get together, they really know how to party!!!” Prayers and deep condolences to their family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Edward Gannon and most especially with his wife, Barbara, whose love and devotion towards her husband was never ending and an inspiration to all who knew them and saw them together.. Barbara's daily visits exemplified what love is and should always be. She was the sun in his universe and his smile would shine bright in her company. May your memories sustain you in the days ahead.

Will always remember our talks either at Darby 2, at a fire scene, or whenever I saw you. You always had something positive to say or words of advise. I enjoyed listening to the stories you and my Dad would talk about at Darby 2 over adult beverages. To the Gannon family I sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you all!

To Gannon family: May God forever blessed you with his loving hands& heart at this time.
I was truly blessed having this man as friend and fire chief.
May the angels come met him and carry him safety home among the best.
